Qué es la cuenta de ZIP RUSH

Jugar a ZIP RUSH no requiere cuenta. Solo si te unes a los rankings el juego crea una cuenta anónima (sin correo ni contraseña) con un nombre público que crea ZIP RUSH, como "Neon Falcon".

V2 permite vincular esa cuenta con Play Games para restaurar los agregados sincronizados y usar opcionalmente tu nombre de jugador. El borrado de ZIP RUSH elimina la cuenta Firebase y su vínculo; no elimina tu perfil Google Play Games ni sus logros.

Borrar desde el juego (recomendado)

1. Abre ZIP RUSH y entra en RANKING.
2. Pulsa SALIR Y BORRAR MIS DATOS y confirma con SÍ, BORRAR MIS DATOS.

Necesitas conexión a internet. El juego solo dice que el borrado terminó cuando se completó todo. Si se interrumpe, tu cuenta de rankings queda desactivada y el juego te ofrece TERMINAR BORRADO para completarlo.

Borrar sin la app

Si ya no tienes la app, o la cambiaste de teléfono, escribe a contacto@progarlabs.com con el asunto "ZIP RUSH borrar cuenta" e incluye:

• tu código de jugador (8 caracteres, por ejemplo ABCD-EFGH): está en RANKING, bajo tu nombre público;
• tu código de borrado privado (24 caracteres): en RANKING → TU CÓDIGO DE BORRADO → MOSTRAR CÓDIGO DE BORRADO. Anótalo mientras tengas la app.

El código de jugador solo identifica la cuenta y no basta para borrarla. El código de borrado demuestra que la cuenta es tuya: lo comprobamos contra una huella cifrada (no guardamos el código) y solo entonces borramos. Respondemos en un plazo de 30 días. Sin el código de borrado no podemos verificar que la cuenta sea tuya, así que no podemos borrarla por correo; mientras tengas la app, puedes borrarla desde el juego.

Qué se borra

• tus resultados en todos los rankings (Rush y Diario);
• tu perfil y nombre público;
• la huella de tu código de borrado;
• tu cuenta anónima de Firebase Authentication.
• en V2: XP y progreso sincronizado, logros y recompensas guardados en ZIP RUSH, cosméticos, resultados propios de Seed Sprint, rating, códigos de amigo y relaciones sociales.

Lo que se conserva: una marca de borrado con el identificador seudónimo de la cuenta (el ID aleatorio de Firebase) y el hecho de que fue borrada. No contiene nombre, correo, nombre público ni tu código de borrado. La guardamos por seguridad, para que una sesión iniciada antes del borrado no pueda volver a crear resultados ni perfil.

En V2 conservamos los historiales compartidos de duelos y Ranked para el otro jugador con tu lado anonimizado: retiramos tu UID y sustituimos el nombre por DELETED PLAYER; conservamos los tiempos y resultados. Google aplica sus políticas de conservación a copias de seguridad y registros técnicos de autenticación.

También se borran reservas oficiales, grants, historial personal de liga y registros/eventos privados de notificaciones. Si una temporada está congelando o ya congeló su clasificación, queda una fila anónima de puntos, división y participación, sin UID, nombre, intentos ni caminos, para preservar la posición de otras personas. El juego solicita anular el registro de avisos del dispositivo.

Qué no forma parte de la cuenta

El historial detallado del Diario, medallas por nivel, récords y ajustes locales permanecen en tu teléfono; borrar la cuenta no borra el almacenamiento local. V2 sincroniza algunos agregados, pero no una copia completa del historial. Borrar la cuenta tampoco elimina tarjetas ya compartidas con otras aplicaciones. La analítica opcional se gestiona por separado y sus eventos no incluyen el UID competitivo; su configuración de conservación es de 2 meses. Puedes desactivarla en Ajustes. What a ZIP RUSH account is

Playing ZIP RUSH needs no account. Only if you join the rankings does the game create an anonymous account (no email or password) with a public name that ZIP RUSH makes for you, such as "Neon Falcon".

V2 lets you link this account to Play Games to restore synchronized aggregates and optionally use your gamer name. ZIP RUSH deletion removes the Firebase account and its link; it does not delete your Google Play Games profile or achievements.

Delete in the game (recommended)

1. Open ZIP RUSH and go to RANKS.
2. Tap LEAVE AND DELETE MY DATA and confirm with YES, DELETE MY DATA.

You need an internet connection. The game says deletion finished only when every step completed. If it is interrupted, your rankings account stays disabled and the game offers FINISH DELETING to complete it.

Delete without the app

If you no longer have the app, or moved to another phone, email contacto@progarlabs.com with the subject "ZIP RUSH delete account" and include:

• your player code (8 characters, for example ABCD-EFGH): it is in RANKS, under your public name;
• your private deletion code (24 characters): RANKS → YOUR DELETION CODE → SHOW DELETION CODE. Note it down while you have the app.

The player code only identifies the account and is never enough to delete it. The deletion code proves the account is yours: we check it against a one-way fingerprint (we do not store the code) and only then delete. We reply within 30 days. Without the deletion code we cannot verify that the account is yours, so we cannot delete it by email; while you have the app, you can delete it in the game.

What is deleted

• your results on every ranking (Rush and Daily);
• your profile and public name;
• the fingerprint of your deletion code;
• your anonymous Firebase Authentication account.
• in V2: synchronized XP/progress, achievements and grants stored by ZIP RUSH, cosmetics, owned Seed Sprint results, rating, friend codes and relationships.

What is kept: a deletion marker with the account's pseudonymous identifier (its random Firebase ID) and the fact that it was deleted. It holds no name, email, public name or deletion code. We keep it for security, so a session started before the deletion cannot recreate results or a profile.

In V2, shared duel/Ranked history remains for the other player with your side anonymized: your UID is removed and your name becomes DELETED PLAYER; times/results remain. Google applies its retention policies to backups and technical authentication logs.

Official reservations, grants, personal league history and private notification registrations/events are also deleted. If a season is freezing or has frozen standings, an anonymous row of points, division and participation remains without UID, name, attempts or paths to preserve other players' positions. The game requests unregistration of device notices.

What is not part of the account

Detailed Daily history, per-level medals, records and local settings remain on your phone; account deletion does not erase local storage. V2 synchronizes some aggregates, but not a complete history backup. Account deletion does not erase cards already shared to other apps. Optional analytics is managed separately; its events exclude the competitive UID and its configured retention is 2 months. You can disable it in Settings. Details in the privacy policy.
